Hi, I'm Oleksii

Four years of crisis and operations management in HR and operations — running my own team. I handled recruiting, real estate sourcing and paperwork, negotiating and signing lease and purchase agreements, budget decisions, and crisis management during the pandemic. Five years as co-owner of a freight and logistics business, having worked through every part of it. I don't know business from one narrow role — I know it from the inside, end to end.

While still running the business, I started applying AI automation to real operational problems — and realized it wasn't a passing trend but a foundational skill that changes how teams work.
