The contact form processes only the data you provide yourself:

• name
• email address
• company name (optional)
• selected area of the request
• task description
• the fact and time consent was given

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used solely to handle your request and arrange further communication (a short call). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Who has access

Only Oleksii Shylko has access to the data. Third-party automation and notification services (including n8n and Telegram) may be used to receive and process submissions. The data is not shared with third parties for marketing and is not sold.

Retention period

Data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up communication, or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first. After that it is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data erased
• restrict or object to processing
• withdraw consent at any time
